The Windy City. Second City. That Toddling Town. The City of Broad Shoulders. Even, The Big Onion. Chicago has been known by many names in its 175 years as a city. In 2013, it will be the “Sweet Home” of the 59th Annual Seminar and Exhibits when ASIS International sets up shop Sept. 24-27 at McCormick Place, situated right on the shore of Lake Michigan.

ASIS 2012 in Philadelphia last week was a showcase for the latest and greatest in security technology and equipment. In retrospect, one of the coolest and cutting-edgiest product launches we were privy to -- and there were many, as there are every year -- was the new EyeSwipe Nano TS from Stanley Security Solutions.

Industry giant Honeywell did just that, timing the release of its flagship Pro-Watch 4.0 security management platform with the event.
